MAKE-UP LESSON POLICY

Sickness

Medical certificate required (within 1 week).

Holidays

Minimum 4 weeks' advance notice to the teachers and director.

Teachers will reschedule and confirm for the make-ups.

No Make-Ups

Personal & School Events

We do not offer make-up lessons for absences due to personal events, school events, camps, excursions, parties, or other non-medical commitments.

Online Lessons

If a student is unable to attend in person, an online lesson may be arranged at the student's regular lesson day and time, subject to teacher availability.

Cancelled Sessions

No make-up lessons, credits, or refunds will be provided for lessons cancelled due to personal or school-related commitments.
